Sorry no "great" body work experience in my day... Trail acceptable is one thing, structural for road worthy...

There has to be some of us NorCal guys who do know body work tho.

Post up over in the 80 board or on the the Gold clubhouse.

Damn Steve! I saw a wrecked rig coming down the hill the other night on the trailer and thought it might be yours! My wife had the cruiser at the ski resort so I couldn't go.. I told her I wondered if that may be your rig and if she didn't have the cruiser I would have gone up too with you. sorry to hear that bro! I'll keep my eyes out for a donor rig. glad you're ok bro. If you need any help, let me now.

Thank you and you can be sure I'm already scouring Mud and CL from Mexico to Canada to Colorado. Have several options right now but I am leaning toward finding a complete 80 as cheaply as I can. Mine is a 94 and I kinda want to stay in that era but I found a nice looking white 96 in western Colorado that has lockers, ARB bull bar and a recent rod knock at 306k for $1500. I suppose my engine would work but I prefer no airbags and my tranny.

I saw that one today too. How different is the 92 and 94 bodies. Are there any more pics of the damage?

I
heres a 92 that could use all of your running gear and parts.

really appreciate the lead Eric. The word is that I should stick to the 93-94 platform to avoid headaches. I have a few irons in the fire already but this Christmas thing has it on hold for now. Ironically I'm sitting in my dodge with the hubs locked on I80 on my way to Truckee for a white Christmas with my wife. Traffic is at a stand still.

No problem man. When you get one let me know if you need a hand swapping everything over.
Merry Christmas!
