Best answer is to replace or rebuild the pump but IME the Lucas Power Steering leak stop will work however it is significantly
thicker, higher viscosity, than PS/ATF fluid and can cause a whine in cold weather ie: under 50-60'F.
Another product than may work is ATP 205 Re-Sealer. Interestingly if you look at the SDS (safety data sheet) for that product it's a combination
of Glycol ethers, ie: chemically similar to brake fluid.
