partial set of replica door cards.... just the base chipboard trimmed to fit. Not sure what year . These things have been around. Were 3 puppies then vantuyles then bk's then mine. Noone has ever got around to installing them. Cant guarantee years or exact accuracy but look really nice and were bought for my 72 but never even held up to compare. More pics by request.

Perhaps you could just transfer the pattern in reverse to a new piece Of material. Not sure if all holes would line up that way or not.
