That rig has a bumper that proudly displays the hi-lift. The only way you could scream WHEELER louder would be if it also had a shovel and axe displayed! Why would anyone change fine equipment like that?

Yes, they are totally customizable. The accessory holders bolt on, so can be changed at will.
