I felt compelled to report that i found a new wheeling spot this past weekend, and it is possibly the best spot i've ever been to. My friends and i named it Mini-Moab. It consists of some monsterous sandy hills, some mud, and some creek crossings. Definantly enough stuff to keep everybody busy for a long time. I managed to do some nice body damage, and everyone who went got stuck at some point during the trip. The place is halfway between Columbia and Aiken. You can look at some pics here.

Oh, and is there a way to reel in a winch without getting it all tangled up in itself? I spent 4 hours pulling that black z-71 from the pics out of 3 ft. deep mud last night and the winch kept getting tangled on itself.

Sweet john, looks killer........ and not far from my hometown. All I can say is ....... your poor 62, I love body damage but man it was almost to purty to wheel:grinpimp:

I believe I know the spot you are talking about, its off of I-20 right??? can't remember the exit........ but I have heard guys back home mention it before. Over X-mas break when I once I finish putting the 3-FE into my 40 we need to make a trip up there to break her in...........

Looks like fun!!!

Where is it? did I miss that? looks like a nice place.

Everywhere close to us is smaller stuff, but all about 10 min from each other. But nothing that a big group could go on. Just 3-4 max.

I am guessing your body damage was in the rockers. I wonder how the world that happened. Time for some sliders?

I do believe its time for some sliders. Somebody needs to get a nice pipe bender so I can make some. This place is huge, the pics dont do it justice.
