Mileage between brake pads / Rotor turning?

Looking at buying my first Land Cruiser and pulled up a vin check on a vehicle. I noticed the brake pads were swapped out regularly at 10,000 mile increments and the rotors turned almost every time. One reference to the vehicle pulling and needing an alignment also. Is this a pretty uncommon frequency? What is the average number of miles you are getting between brake jobs? Turning rotors almost every time? Sign of a problem with this particular Cruiser?

I’m at 45K miles on original brakes on my 2016. Dealer checked pads this week & said there is plenty of material left. 10K brake jobs doesn’t sound normal at all.
