All chrome wrapped. Red Tails, Prado rails and TRDs with KO3s.

Costco installed the tires and on the initial install they were definitely not balanced correctly. A strong wheel shimmy at 50 and the entire vehicle vibrating at 75. I took it back for a re balance and it's better but not great. On another forum i was told to ask for a road force balance, however no one at costco tire has even heard of it. The local 4w parts guy said they do not road force but can usually get BFGs balanced well.

Is this a common issue for those of you running KOs?

All I've ever run has been BFG's, either KO's or KM's for the past several decades, before they started with the "K" designations.
To your question, no, I've never had an issue and have purchased from Costco and other shops.
4Wheel Parts is generally a pretty legit shop, have them check all your front suspension components and see if you need an alignment.
On that point, how is your suspension? Shocks and springs?

everything is good and was perfect immediately before the swap. I just had it serviced at 50k full fluid swaps and they did a complete inspection.

Are you running spacers to accommodate those wheels? If so, just put a set of Centramatics on it.
