Thanks!... But I can't take credit for the idea. Search for folding or split sleeping platforms and you will find a few similar setups. One of my goals was to have a platform that one person could easily and quickly install and remove, and I am happy with that aspect of my platform.

Nice work there, Mingles. With the half-platform, deck height is not so critical. And if you just need a place to sleep, that also show how quick and easy you can make it.

Good point on the screening. I made some up similar to yours it sounds like. Mine go over the window in rear passenger doors.
