craigslist Might be a steal? '93 locked(?) $3300

This isn't mine and I haven't seen it, but one of you all might be interested. The paint looks like poo, but I'm pretty sure it has the factory lockers. 3rd photo looks like it has the dial thingy (sorry for the technical jargon). Guy only wants $3300, and its been for sale for awhile, so I'm guessing you could steal it away for a good bit less. Anyway, just thought I'd pass it along. Good Luck.
