Complicated story. 2 houses now. Combination of not buying the most expensive house wifey and I could afford and the tax man taking more than his fair share. New place is close to work and is a duplex, We rent one side out and stay in the other. Cut the commute from 39 mins one way down to 4 mins one way.. Spending less on the second mortgage then I was on Gas each month with two cars going into town.

now the cruiser sees me on weekends and secret days in the secrect garage, in no particular random order and protected by dogs, guns, and a hornets nest!!!)) Maybe even tonight.....
