Someone correct me if I am wrong but don't the stock rubber bushings allow for not just flex of the joint during articulation but extension as well? Isn't that just the nature of the 5 link suspension setup that you need extension of the joint as well as flex to provide for max articulation?

The suspension on the 100 series is more like a modified 3 link with the uppers controlling axle wrap and the pan hard is what locates the axle from side to side. The axle doesn't extend so to speak but it does move in an arc through the suspension cycle.

Are the poly bushing holder the same size (dia.) as the OEM rubber bushing?

The poly bushings are 2.25" in diameter so they are a little bigger than stock and we use a 1" piece of DOM with a full 1/4" wall of support for the bolt to go through so there is no chance of inner sleeve becoming warped.

This thread just convinced me to part with $525 plus shipping. However I am looking forward to getting these installed and seeing if there is any change to my driving, definitely looking forward to eliminating the squeak coming from the oem upper links.

I got the rear lower and upper links at the same time.

Just got my lower link replace with Metal Tech. I can feel the difference compare the my old bended OEM link. now the track track straight, and even the torque steer seems to be lessen (is it possible?). The link are really beefy! You have to really bang this link up to do any damage. Very well made product! The only problem I have on my install is I wasn't able to have the front valve pointing upward. Which I must be careful not to damage the grease valve.
