I was a new member last year and managed to never recieve either a snail or electronic newsletter. Is there an actual newsletter or is it some sort of insiders joke that is played on us newbies?

Yes, there is truley a newsletter, currently we are doing both "E" and "Snail" mailings. I am sure that Mr. Evans (peesalot) will be in contact with you as soon as he sees this posting, he is the official news letter guy.
