I’ll be happy to bring a spicy feta type salad that would be good alone or on burgers if you guys are game. I’ll check back. I recently put a city racer desmog carb on my 60. She literally purrs now. Idle is lowest I’ve ever seen. Need to dial in a lean drop but can’t wait to see how she rolls on a longer trip.

Thanks to everyone that showed up today. The weather was perfect and there were good times to be had by all. A special thanks to Mike Fox for hosting and your shop looks amazing. We should plan on making this an annual event. There is a lot of potential for growth and taking it to the next level for sure.
