That's right folks, mark it on your calendars, we're going to run with the 3rd Thursday of every month to have some sort of informal get together to drink $2 drafts, eat homemade potato chips (spar chips), tell tall tales, and maybe crawl over each others rigs if the weather participates. As a fair warning there will be some non-cruiser owners there, but they're good people. A little misled, but still good people
Management at the Spar in Tacoma has been very receptive to us using the extra parking lots behind the building (it's for the bicycle shop that's closed when we get there) with overflow parking across the street from there. They also reserve tables for us, which is pretty cool.
They have some good beers on tap and have a running $2 Draft policy that randomly selects a beer on tap to be $2 on Thursdays!
The best part is... I should be there in the Troopie!
