Deposit received again, this time from a local buyer, back to pending.
I’ve decided to sell my 1999 JDM RHD turbo diesel Land Cruiser with a rare manual transmission. I just imported a UZJ100, and a few other JDMs, and decided to thin the herd.
I’ll be doing a detailed photo album next week, but wanted to get the basics out there.
Engine: 1HDFTE, turbo diesel, intercooled, electronically injected
Transmission: H151F manual
Mileage: 217k miles (350 km)
Color: Grey (actual code is 1C3)
Unique features: 2-3” lift, aftermarket exhaust (not too loud), cloth seats, no sun roof, powered folding mirrors, manual adjusting seats, no third row, four small cubbies in the ceiling, rear heat control, three rear folding cup folders, rear bed platform, gamiviti chanel tower and home made unistrut cross bars. Head unit is all Japanese but the Bluetooth works well (for calls and music) and has rear camera. Also installed from Japan is a front camera.
Maintenance: OEM oil filter and fuel filter, engine oil, diff/transfer case fluids using correct weights, manual transmission fluid using GL4, OEM air filter, brake and clutch fluid flush. There is a timing belt sticker (was done 280k km, currently at 350km). I also replaced the front left wheel bearings with koyos, and performed an EGR delete.
Condition: paint is absolutely stunning. Very little defects. Interior is very clean, non smoker car. Undercarriage is also clean. Starts, drives, pulls well like it should. Brakes have lots of meat left. Shifts excellent. AC blows cold. Everything works. Heat is hot. Currently has OEM wheels with stock sized tires but I can trade them out for the 34” JDM wheels (as pictured). This is my daily. No drama.
I believe there is less than 600 of the 100 series made in manual. If wanting more power, it’s relatively easy to get a tuner (unichip) and make some actual diesel power.
