Man, I am impressed with how many people want to come this year. This will be my third year on the Mcgrew but have ran the trail countless times.

I hope everyone can make it this year it's a great little run.

I can bring the pasta salad.My wife can make us a big bowl before I take off w/the kids&dog.It be good for me as I will have a hard time cooking anything chasing those rascals around!Run em' hard so they will crash out early&be up at the crack of dawn!

bbq barts are good too i will make my corn bread delux in the dutch oven (comes w/corn,beans,ground turkey,cheese,ench. sause,toped with corn bread) my buddy jeff does some mean choc. cake

I think I will bring some Skirt steak also,maybe a big ol' bag of the marinated
stuff.So if I am too busy w/the kids,maybe some one can burn it for me.Also
lots of cold Newcastles after a day of wheeling sound good.
