Last night the home page said 33 openings left.

I registered for this a while back. I need to "un-register". I did not see an option for this on the OSNC site. I apologize, but the Cruiser isn't ready and we are swamped with life at home and work. You guys have a good time.

Joe is registration closed. I was trying to help a guy off of TTORA register but you can't do anything in the boxes any more.

I registered myself and Thomas but need to unregister both of us - the FJC is in the shop getting an ARB front locker installed and they won't get it back to me in time. :(

Interesting, Clint also reported a problem with registering. A cursory look did not show anything, I'll research more. Registration is open to 11:55PM Thursday night...............

Garrett and I are coming up for saturday also. I tried to register but no options showed up. tried ie and firefox.

Joe,
As far as registration I still had a problem a few minutes ago. Anyway, I'll likely be out Saturday morning.

All,

For anyone that is not aware of it, the ONSC Safety and Equipment checklist is on the ONSC website.

The only update since last year is to remove the requirement for an FRS radio since we are making the move to CBs in 2011. This year a CB is strongly encouraged to keep radio contact with the group. Please review the checklist and your trucks prior to coming to the event and please make sure that your rig is in order so we can have fun driving and not fixing breakdowns or getting anybody hurt.

The registration problem is fixed as of 10:10PM Wednesday May 12. Registration is till open, and you should be able to cancel if you need to................

Thanks Joe, I just registered successfully. :-)

I'll be leaving Friday after work, going down 64. Hopefully everything will be packed tonight.

Everyone try and secure some firewood...

21 rigs are registered as of 8:56pm Thursday night. Remember, only 10 vehicles are allowed per group camp site, so we're leaving the rigs out of the campsite area. If you're sleeping in your rig, you'll be outside the campsite area. I'm guesstimating the number of people is around maybe 35. We're good for 50 people, I don't think that will be the problem as long as we keep the rigs out of camp.

If you're not registered, do so now. Don't just show up and expect a campsite. Joe has been good enough to set this up, and it makes it easier to keep track of who's going and who's not.

See most of you tomorrow!

We are only staying Saturday night, and will be camping at Arrowhead. We'll be cruising over to hang out by the campfire that night of course!

We are coming in Friday afternoon for the night. Leaving Raleigh around 5.

I've had a change of plans, heading down to URE this evening, ride all day Saturday, then I have to come home Saturday night. See you guys and gals at the group camp tonight!

I'm the new guy in the group, driving my '99 and will meet up with you guys at 9am at the Outpost (that is the Eldorado Outpost I see on google I assume). I've owned my rig 7 years now, just put some sliders on last week- so time to break them in at URE. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Neil

Look forward to meeting you Neil!

Looks like they've reduced the rain chances to 20% for both days :)
Perfect wheelin' weather for the 40s!!!

I'm going to be dropping my truck/trailer off at Arrowhead first thing, and would prefer not to drive back out to the Outpost unless absolutely necessary. If possible, can we plan a group to meet at Daniel trailhead ~9:15? I know we will have several groups and I'm sure one will want to start there first.

I also think it's a good idea to plan to meet for lunch / regroup around noon. Maybe at the Falls Dam Trailhead???

I have my CB installed so you guys make sure you have your ears on when you get there!!

Now it's off to top off the pane tanks.

I'm not going to be putting the 80 out on the trails this time. My exhaust hangers really need to be rehung. I'd like to find someone doing daniel to ride with. Brian are you up to taking the green meany up there again??

FYI, Greg and I did Daniel a couple weekends ago. We ran all of it in about 30-40 minutes, having stopped to play in the "rock garden" area for probably 15 or so of those minutes.

That being said, anything close to stock is going to be a strapfest!! Not highly recommended, unless you are locked and have some clearance, just because the two ledges near the beginning.
