So I have my '83 FJ60 which already has the 5.3L Vortec & (had the) Toy H55 conversion. I got rid of the H55 and selling the Marks adapter...

I bought a 2003 Chevy NV4500 from a 4x4 truck. Tranny only came with the bell housing so I am going to need all the clutch parts.

What clutch kit do I need? which fork/slave cylinder? Can I use the flywheel I had with the H55/Vortec? It came from Downey when the conversion first tool place. What other parts would I need?

I am going to use the Advance Adapters part to mate to split t-case

I searched but could not find much on the newer NV4500's

Thanks in advance for all of the inputs.

Call the guys at advance adapters. But before you do measure the bolt pattern for the front bell housing flange. The Chevy NV4500 from 1992-1995 have one bolt pattern. The newer Chevy NV4500 (1996) have a different pattern. Measure the distance from the bottom bolt hole to the top bolt hole. Left or right does not matter. The left side will be the same as the right side. This is what I have noticed with my V8 with NV4500 conversion.

On the clutch you have a choice between the center force set up or the Luke's clutch set up. The difference is $80 bucks.

The flywheel might be reuse able. The fork, the bearings and pressure plate will have to be change out. All out this may set you back about $800 bucks for every thing.

Here is a couple of pictures of my conversion.

Meatloaf,

Yes you are correct. This a unit that is manufactured by Jags that run (JTR). I think the whole unit ran me about $250 bucks. It is a complete bolt on system to let your engine computer know whats going on.
