Marks 4WD speedo adapter for ABS-equipped 70 Series MFK2800U

I believe Marks 4WD has the first speedometer adapter for the ABS-equipped 70 Series models.

part number: MFK2800U

They have it working for the VDJ models sold in Australia. I've asked if they have tested it with the GRJ petrol models but there are none in AU to test. I may order one and test it. Here's what their tech told me:


The MFK2800U work with all the VDJ 70 series – we don’t have the GRJ models here in Australia to test the unit on.

If it has a speed sensor on the transfer case like below it will definitely fit.

If it doesn’t have the sensor you will need to check behind the dash and look for the wire as per our fitting instructions. Disconnect the green/red wire and see if the speedo stops working – if it does then the unit should work no problems in your vehicle.
