All, it's that time to put our next annual club meeting on the calendar. Trying to keep things simple and at about the same time as last year, we'll look to meet on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023. Like last year, the meeting will start at about 12 pm, but feel free to show up as early as 11 am. Mark your calendars accordingly.

The Holloways are graciously offering up their space again to host the meeting this year. Can't thank Lael and @2fpower enough for being great stewards and hosting again.

If you could let us know here or via email whether you plan on attending and your headcount, it would be greatly appreciated.

Space for updates:
- Food: TBD
- Rainout date: either 4/23 or the next Saturday, 4/29.

We are sad to miss, we have a camping trip this weekend to begin our adventures. So in the spirit of TLCA and TAC, we will be using our Toyota to camp with the pup. Finally got our awning and shower addition, gonna find out how much beer will fit in 63QT.

I probably won't be able to make it. I'll be teaching that morning at MOORE Expo. Should it rain out, I'll be there on either rainout date. Would it be possible to get the rundown of what is said later on? Thanks!

We're getting a bit closer to the event and have an update to share regarding the food. We will be bringing in Da Poke Wagon like we did last year. Each meal will be a nominal cost of $5 per person, and the club will cover the rest.

As of now, the 10 day forecast is favorable without rain in the forecast. Updates to come.

I plan to be there, solo

If you have a pre 1980 rig, you can park on the driveway to show it off-- we just ask that you turn around so you are facing out and park on the North side of the driveway.

For everyone else, if it is dry, we will park in the middle of the field. If it is wet like last year, park on the street.

We will put a sign at the entrance to the field.

7515 Twilight lane in Lenexa is the spot.
