I thought we should start talking about another run....

I saw wfd175 last weekend. He has a new rear locker and is ready to go play.

When?
How about March 29th or 30th? (weekend after Easter)

Where?
Change it up and go to Washita?

sure. I've been through most of the park so I would be able to tell you where you will fit.

Obtained clearance from the Social Director. Count me in.

Oh brother. :rolleyes:

Well tell her to quit being a social director and get in the kitchen and make you a pie. :D

Whats with the deleted entry?

Anyway, Here is a map of Was hita.

map.jpg

Grey = Log Road
Green= Easy
Yellow= Intemediate
Red= Hard

A3 and A4 were made after I was there so I don't know about them.
C1, B4 and the back section of B5 are too tight for FJ80's. Most of the Red trails are probably too. I think all of the others are passable. When I talked to the owner he said he led around the H1 hummers and when they encountered an area that wasn't passable he just cut the tree down. I don't know if he'll still allow that but we could ask.

Hey guys, its Zane from KC. A bunch of us are heading down to Disney Oklahoma the weekend of the 28th of this month. Would be great to see everyone. I know you guys are talking about going to Was hita, but didn't want to leave you guys out!

It will be the 100's maiden voyage!

Any other takers besides MoJ and Toyminator. Anyone who wants to come is more than welcome to ride with me. Since Washita is new to us. The more spotters available the better.

I thought surely that William (Miescha) would be interested but I haven't heard from him in quite a while. He hasn't been to the meetings at Sybergs nor has he posted anything on Ih8mud in the last month or so. I even pm'd him a week or so ago and he never responded. Any ideas where he went or how to contact him?

Dirtoyboy may go too I don't know. He's installing Dual t-cases right now.

Where we meeting and what time?

wfd - Meet in Union at 7:30? Google maps says 1:35 from Union to Farmington. That should put us in Farmington between 9-9:30.

toyminator - If you're coming from STL do you just want to meet somewhere near Farmington? Know any good spots?

CB ch. 11

If someone needs to change the meeting times I'm flexible.

Anyone else?

Mcdonalds on 67 is the closest place that I know of. you have to turn off of 67 to actually go into Farmington. We could meet there.

I'm familiar with McD in Farmington. MoJ I'll meet you in Union at McD at 7:30 on Sat Morning.

See you there. I won't be in Wash on Friday...the tires aren't in yet.

If anyone else wants to join in you're more than welcome. I know there's a few new 80 owners in the area...you're welcome to ride along.

Ditto, if you either want to what trail riding is all about, or your rig is currently not operational, you're more than welcome to ride along with me.

I guess I'll see you guys at the Farmington McD at around 9:00AM.

I was hoping to ride along with Joe, but my son has a baseball
and soccer game. I might as well get used to it because he is only 5. I appreciate the invite and all the responses. Joe
answered many of my questions. I will be doing the oil seal
and the front end once it gets nice so i can ride my motorcycle
if i get stuck. ( miesha) that looked like quite the spread for your
front end job. Where did you purchase the parts?
Thanx again in advance for any future questions!!
George
