What is the stock 5 speed manual transmission that came behind the 4.5L Gasoline engine in other countries? I know it came in the 70, 80, 100 series vehicles. Also which transfer case was used? I can't seem to find any information about them. I believe it is an H151 though from the best I could find. I believe that axle up front is a 70 series axle as well (same width as a 40 series?)

Do these pictures help? I know they don't show the whole thing.

EDIT: Finally found a good thread https://forum.ih8mud.com/70-series-tech/273269-h151-transmission.html

Trans - H151F (5 speed)
Transfer Case - HF1A (part time 2WD/4WD)

Nothing up the sleeve. Bringing in another FJ43. Something a little more unique. Will be a fun driver until the other FJ43 is done and then I will sell it, or before if someone wants it. Would love to bring it out to the STR though if my OM617 swap is not done by that time. Should make one hell of a daily driver and or expedition rig. It has been hard getting exact details of the drive-train swap from the owners though. They had never even put it in 4x4 before. Apparently the 5 speed and 4.5L power in a 40 series rig makes for a great driver with plenty of power compared to the older 1F and 2F.

Wouldn't happen to have the rest of the A/C Components off of my old parts 80 would you? I need to put A/C in this thing.

The xfer also came as a full time case in some markets.

HF2A (non VC)

HF2AV (with VC)

Some markets also got the R151 tranny as well.

Whether the H151 came with HF1A or HF2A, is the output shaft on it the same?
