Hi,
The gas and brake pedal assembly is identical to the automatic, so you only need to source the clutch pedal and associated bracketery. There are many parts to this, but they are not expensive. Toyodiy will tell you all about them.
However, it will be easier to approach an australian wrecker to get everything, I guess.
The slave I'd get from Roodogs or another australian vendor, as they have great aftermarket ones for a third of the price of the OEM one.

Which type are you after? Manual over enter spring assisted or early style vacuum assisted?

Here is a pic of the later over center spring assist type.



if you end up going with early vacuum assist type, I have a clutch master and vacuum booster available from my 91 5spd 81
No pedal though.

Toyota doesn't seem to sell it as an assy, so every spring, washer, clip, bushing, bracket has to be purchased individually...and there is a lot of em. BTDT
