Maybe in the minority but looking for an AT tire that in reality sees mostly pavement with the weekend trail head trips (groomed fire roads), some snow and the occasional off-road trek with friends where I will stay in my comfort zone.

I ran the Wildpeak AT4s which on all accounts were fine, but switching wheels I have the chance to start over. I suppose, I just want an ever so slightly more classic/rounder looking AT tire with less dramatic sidewall protrusions yet not as "highway tire" as Defenders.

Some tires that were close, but just on the older side.
Geolandar G015
Nitto TerraGrappler G2
Conti TerrainContact

The closest one I found is the Toyo AT3. Dueler Ascent ATs seem to be a perfect fit - but I just hate their side profile appearance.

Are there any other tires that I should be considering?

I've had BFG Urban Terrains on my Land Rover for six years now. They're not noisy at all on tarmac and great in snow. Useless in mud, but good on dirt, gravel and grass. Doesn't seem to wear at all, but I will probably replace them for next winter since they're getting slippery on snow by their age and proper winter tyres aren't available in the right size.

Toyo M55. It is a fleet tire and expensive but it sounds like what’s most important to you is the looks of the tire, not so much the performance. However, the M 55 is a great tire in that respect.

What size tire do you intend to run?

Have you considered the Michelin LTX AT2? Definitely not the aggressive look of a true AT but with slight corner tread blocks that looks better than a regular LT tire.
