making my own hitch.

here in DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, we have lots of places to buy, but as poor we decided to fabricate or improve. I need a trailer hitch to pull my friend's jetski when I borrow. an original cost too much so I start to play and this was my idea. I also dont like the one that goes underneath the bumber. I wanna have two dual muffler and the one goes under would bother.
