Relatively happy with the end result. It took a while to come up with a good template. I also had to change up the mounting hardware, and printed some bolt spacers out of PETG. I didn’t want them to stick out a lot but needed to increase the fasteners to prevent curling at speed. They are made out of 3/16” HDPE.

Looks clean. Willing to share the cutting pattern? I was thinking about doing the same, since I did a running boardectomy.
 
Very nice. I’ve been brainstorming on creating front flaps but I would like them a few inches longer and flexible like on the older Toyota pickups.

It could easily be done with a flexible belting material as long as it is UV stabilized rubber. I made the rears basically the same length as the stock flaps, but I had to guess on the fronts since I never had them. There are mudflap deletes behind the rears to reinforce the bumper. Thanks Phil!
