TB / WP done at 67k miles but that was in 2009 according to Lexus app.

Nice! Low milage 01, the repairs that have been done and area that it’s in leads me to believe there is likely significant undercarriage rot. Exhaust repair, brake like replacement? All probably due to compression. To bad, all the clean exterior / interior seem to have corrosion and all the beat up ones seem to have clean undercarriage.
