Has anyone been on this trail lately? My wife and I were thinking of driving up from Boise, taking a week off to go see this part of the state and was just wondering if the scenery was worth the trip, or if Lolo Pass would be a better trip. Just thinking of possible fire or bark beetle damaged areas.
Any input would be great!

It’s terrible. Idaho is terrible. Magruder is full of alligators AND crocodiles this time of year. Avoid at all costs.
