For Sale M416 with RTT in NW Arkansas

I'm thinking about selling my M416 to help pay for an Ursa Minor J30 camper top for my Jeep. If I do sell it, it will be next month. Trailer has new 10 ply tires (not pictured), spare mounted under the rear, both drain plugs functional, rear has not been cut, rear retracting stabilizer legs, also has mounts at corners of the top (not pictured) I was going to use to attach a rack that I haven't made yet. Trailer is in good shape but needs paint, top has primer on it.

Tent is in good shape, it is 4'x6' closed and 8'x6' open. Sleeps three. I think it's one of the largest RTT made. Here is a link for info on the tent.

I wonder if people aren't sure if its foresale or not . . you make it sound like it isn't really for sale yet as you say you are thinking about it and then that you may sell it next month.

Is the top aluminum or steel? Do you have a gasket under or between the top and bottom?

Good luck - it is what I am looking for, but without the RTT and maybe a little nicer than I an afford right now.

Top is steel. I was waiting to put a rubber seal on the top until I got it painted. Just haven't got that far yet. I have decided t sell it. I'll have it at Southern Missouri Offroad Ranch in Missouri 9/26 - 9/29.

Don't really want to separate them. The top is hinged (see first pic) and has struts to hold it open (see second pic).
