Wngrog,

Could you tell me where you got your Jerry cans and mounts ? Also what size they are. Gal or liter.

Kowboy,
Are you going to be able to get 90 degrees to that trailer with the tongue that short?

Nope ... nice catch Brother.

It sure is purdy ... but gotta have the fella re-do that there tongue. :whoops:

He followed the angles of the toolbox and that's how it worked out.

Gonna do another angle break just ahead of the toolbox and then stretch 'er on out some. Gotta back the jeeper up to 'er next time I'm home to cypher out exactly how far we gotta go.

The funniest one was when you pivot the tongue jack to the vertical position ... the handle wouldn't clear the toolbox.:lol:

Please don't get me wrong though ... Jonathan is a VERY talented fab-guy and I take full responsibility for any flaws in the design. :grinpimp:

That's some dandy welding work thar'...I really like the flares and the transition pcs. in the front and back of the fenders.......keep going!!

Looking great,, you gonna color match it to the jeep? Now I'm thinking about changing the fenders around on my 416..
Next a pic of it with the tent up??

Thanks ... and yes ... black frame, blue body, and grey top.

Tent's bolted to the top for the weight to get the strut location correct ... but it's on backwards. :grinpimp:

We'll correct that after paint ... and open 'er up.

:flamingo:

Nice set-up Kowboy!!! I really like the tounge. Can you post some close up pics of under the tounge and how it is welded to the trailer. Also, can you take a pic of the front without the lock-n-roll hitch. I have been thinking of ideas recently of how i want to go about extending my M-416.

Thank you sir ...

I'll get some close-ups pics next time I'm home in 'bout 10 days ... hopefully the trailer will be goin' 'tween the weldin' shop and the paint shop.

:flamingo:

Stripped 'er down for paint and took some more pics ...

Took 'er on 'er first roadtrip ... 'bout 10 miles from the weldin' shop to the paintin' shop ... towed great. :grinpimp:

Pick 'er up in a coupla weeks when I'm back home.

Shootin' to debut 'er at the Southern Cruiser Crawl next month.
