Im introducing my new product. A MOLLE platform that fits over the panel behind your front seat creating a platform for you to attach Military type nylon pouches for quick access to gear you commonly use. American made by me, from Mil-Spec 1000d Cordura and nylon webbing. This is a cover that fits over the existing panel with no modification to the panel itself. Just remove the 2 screws that hold the panel in place, slide it into this fitted MOLLE bag, and reattach with the 2 existing screws. Very simple!
There is even 9 square inches of loop velcro sewn on for your favorite morale patch.
Colors available are Tan 499 and Foliage Green (AKA Castor Gray, there is really nothing green about it).
Price is $69 each plus $8 shipping USPS Priority to Continental US address. PayPal is best.
INTRO SPECIAL: Free shipping and I will include a free set of MOLLE-lok's. MOLLE-lok is a Blade-Tech product that allows you to attach kydex gear to MOLLE webbing ($18 value, while supplies last).
Contact me at: charder728@icloud.com with the words MOLLE and Ih8mud in the subject line.

First picture is how I have mine set up. Bottom picture shows both colors and how the product comes out of the package.

install pictorial:
Remove screw cap covers and screws, save the screws, but if the covers break its ok, I include new color matching covers.

Pry back...

and lift off from the clips

attach your MOLLE pouches in the configuration that seems best for your needs

slide panel into bag, watching to be sure the metal clips come through the cutouts

Finish pushing in until it seats at the bottom (it should be quite snug), velcro shut.

locate the screw hole with a sharp awl

run the awl through to make it easier to install the screw

install the screw through the new plastic cap provide and install screw through panel. This will make it easier to align screw for re-installation.

slide complete panel back over bar with the clips, and drive the screws home through the existing holes in the metal bracket inside the seat back. Your done!

Can't wait. Been looking forward to this idea for sometime. Thanks!

Received mine today. Quality is top notch and fits like a glove. Took me longer to find my awl that to install. Not much to add to the installation, the above description and pics say it all. Fits like glove. LOVE IT!

Great product. Can you make one to work with the leather power seats?
Is the panel on the back different, other than being covered in vinyl? Can you take a picture of the back of the seat for me?

The "foliage green" looks like it matches well with the gray fabric. Im looking forward to seeing how you outfit it!

Here are the pics from my 1995.

HMM? any idea how to remove it? If so, another pic of the inside and attachment points wold be helpful.

It's sort of the reverse of the early seats...the two screws on the bottom and the little clips are up top near the headrests. So, to remove it, you take the lower screws up and then push up on the panel to un-seat the clips. I believe I'm remembering this correctly as I re-did the leather on mine quite some time ago

What about for 100 series??? Back f my seat looks just like the pic from @azcrackshot so maybe what works for him will work for 100s?

Random thought, would it save you any material cost by making the back web'd VS full cover? Or would it add to the time to make and not be worth it? or maybe the webbing costs more than to just have it fully covered. Just a random thought.

Actually thinking about a redesign that would involve the end user hot gluing velcro hook onto the back of the panel, and then a semi-wrap of the MOLLE with loop sewn to large tabs, wrapping around and attaching to the back. Using 2" wide velcro would be extremely secure and might lend itself to a more universal design that would fit both the 80 and 100 series. Im hoping to get my hands on a 100 series panel and an 80 series leather panel for testing (hint, hint)

Thanks, it's great to finally have necessary items close at hand, especially rubber gloves and tire gauge. Fortunately I haven't needed the spare mags I carry there for my pistol;)
