For Sale M-416 FOR SALE (you'll want to see this..)

Gentlemen, after a total "restoration" I am going to sell my baby. I have what I think is a great example of an M-416 trailer for expedition travel:

The entire trailer..frame up has been powder coated....even the leaf springs.
No expense was spared in making this trail ready. The entire floor has been replaced with a floor from a Ford 150. As you can see, I have installed 2 sections on each side for mounting propane. This way, you can choose either side...or have 2 propane tanks. The tank shown IS INCLUDED.
Other points to consider:

1. 35" tires on ASA wheels.
2. All brakes completely redone to include bearings and seals.
3. Numerous "saddle bags" or Pelican cases for storage. All are of course
waterproof.
4. RHINO LINED fenders..top and bottom.
5. Completely reworked brakeline and functional brake handle.
6. Rubber matt for the entire floor.
7. a THULE rack for any size tent. This rack RAISES up and down manually
and supports 500 lbs.
8. EXTENDED Lunette. This extension will NOT damage your bumper if you
accidentally "jacknife" when backing up.
9. LED lighting! On all lights.
10. 5 gallon Jerry can holder...AND Jerry Can INCLUDED!
11. Rear support bracket to support rear area so it does not tip.
12. ALL NEW WIRING
13. Heavy guage door strong enought to holdyour weight.

Here is shown, the "penthouse feature". Upon arrival to the campsite, you simply raise the posts as your your RTT sits...

That's it.

Here are the shot of the penthouse in the "down position". Obviously...you'll want the least wind resistance with a RTT. My design incorporates the RTT to "wind draft" behind your Cruiser while in the down position...and allows for THE OPTION of raising it...so you can get in and out of the trailer at the campsite.
Understand, you can spend alot of time and money making a trailer. Save yourself the headache and consider mine ;-)
I have almost $,4000.00 invested.

ASKING: $3,900.00.

I am interested in the trailer. We could go down there to get it this week anytime. Could a water tank be installed. I'm a newbie, so go easy on me. I'm in Colorado Springs. UMMAGUMMA

LOL...I just returned from Co. Springs. I did some skiing in Leadville. I have no doubt a water tank can be installed. These pelicans can be removed easily...

Wow...Phil...good to hear from you..I can try to dig some up. I have a four inch lift on my cruiser' (which I may be selling as well). But the trailer sites level....perfectly. I'll look around my pic files.

Let's discuss it.

Could you pm me? Thanks.

If you decide to sell the 4" lift, let me know. I am in Ft. Worth and am thinking of getting a 4" lift for my 93 LC. Thanks!

PS - Sweet trailer too! :D

Curious, what number did you leave out in the "I have almost $,4000.00 invested" comment? :)

When are you coming up to Colorado again?

How about a package deal? Been looking for an 80, and thought about building a trailer recently for my Taco...

You can PM or email me about it when you get the chance.

Thx

Boz

Gentleman, thankyou for the pm's and very flattering comments. I have had many PM's regarding my trailer...AND if I am selling my Cruiser'. Which, quite honestly after just breaking 100,000 miles last month is I think.....is just as nice as the trailer.
I have had no offers for the trailer...I gave UMMAGUMMA all day to respond to my pm. He never responded to my PM...so his "verbal" offer is off the table.
(No offense UMMMA...but you don't keep a seller waiting ;-))

I have had three pm's inquiring as to a combo deal of 'Cruiser and trailer. Let me consider this as I was not quite ready to sell the Cruiser till this summer...
