Can you post a picture with the counter folded up and secured? Just interested in how it looks in the Up position.

Looks good. Have you figured out how to keep the drawers from leaping out? I'm sure you wouldn't lose a drawer, but a good bump could create enough lift to lose some of the contents.
just thinkin' out loud here...maybe run a long pin through all drawers near the back edge to lock them in place. Then you remove the pin once you set up camp. Then you've got a 6 foot long hot dog wire for the campfire. 
Or individual spring loaded pins that go through the upper counter top near the hinge. They would engage the back of the drawer when the countertop is in the up position.

I didnt think about that. Not sure if the drawers would have that problem in the up position. I will keep it in mind though. Thanks
