The shake has gone away a good bit. Just put a few hundred miles on it (Hill Country - Houston) and 1500 of the other miles is Virginia to TX.

I may ask the dealer to grease the driveshafts as per another post here and reset the transmission now that it is out of the ‘fixed’ ECO mode. Maybe rotate the tires too.

I pulled engine codes and found the following (no active check engine light now), just rough idle every now and then.
