Hey Folks. 2009 LX570 with 230,000 miles or so on it. Bought it with 80,000 or so miles and have loved this ride. I've had some troubles with the AHC system... A little history:

Fluid change at 90,000 miles - not sure if it was the first or not:
Fluid change and globes at 190,000 miles or so. Late I know but life was busy the last little bit
Pump failed then.... bad fluid into the pump.... the typical --> wish I would have read that thread before the job thing.
New pump installed

Ever since the system has been a bit off... would have a bad lean to rear left side often.... you'd drive a bit and then it would straighten out. Sometime it would throw a check VSC code sometimes not. Didn't always do it but did it often enough. Fluid level is up. Can be fuccy going up and down. just isn't working as well is it did at lower miles.

Lately much worse. Falls to low and get stuck, won't come back up on its own.

I can use a fancy scan tool to log into the AHC module and scan codes. Getting a C1763 Oil pressure for pump motor abnormal. Clear the code but it comes back after a while.

The tool also lets me activate the system to test. So manually I raise and lower each corner or front and back. All my height sensors seem to respond and pump seems to build pressure fine.

Any thoughts on what to do? I'm this close.... to replaces with springs and shovcks and getting out of AHC.

Also of note. Rusty under carriage truck.... Just the nature of things up here in the north,

What should I do and or check? The VSC system throwing codes, could that be my problem?

Try a zero point calibration. Usually corrects a lot of those issues.
I'll add that this needs to be done on a perfectly level surface.

OP, there's a lot of AHC-related info in my build thread (my dealer burned out my original pump, a replacement pump, and then had another shop fix everything). I had similar issues (dropping into low, pump pressure, calibration needs). Flip through the pages and you'll find it.

Ok update. Drove in this am perfectly fine. Suspension felt good.

After work it seemed ok then settled into low and wouldn’t move up.
Rode on bump stops all the way home.

Now the pump won’t turn on with the diag tool. Throws an AHC error right away. Right after clearing it even. Again and again and again

Checked and no voltage at pump. So something is blocking it from getting the start signal.

I hooked power to pump and it turned on.. Just wanted to prove pump wasn't/isn't dead

not sure what would cause the error as soon as it’s cleared. This error come back immediately without the truck running

Can’t find a fuse…. Can hear relay click when signal for pump is given.

Did you figure this out?? I'm having a very similar situation as your last post. Wondering how things turned out for you?

I have given up. Installing an eibach kit and being done with it. I did have a very new pump and very new globes available. Along with anything else someone might need.

Do you still have a good pump available?

I'm having troubles now with JDM Planet, they screwed up my order and they're telling me they accidentally reversed my payment (through paypal) anyway I haven't receive a credit and now I have no part and a non functioning LX570.

I need to find an AHC pump. Did you say you have a good working pump? Lmk if you're willing to sell

Thanks for your post. I'm interested in this "fancy scan tool" can you share what this is? Thanks
