Thanks for the write up! So would replacing just the adjuster bolt be as simple as raising the tire, removing the bolt, and screwing in the new one? I don’t need to reindex yet but I have a bolt that is so rusty it’s getting hard to adjust. If it’s that easy I’ll just replace them.
Mine was easy to unscrew. Ones a little loose a power drill unscrewed it quickly. PB blast it of course the day before maybe?

Looks like I lost .5” height in the rear also. Next step, get the shock spacers and arms as needed for a full sensor lift aka Paddo. I still get some rub on the front fender when stuffed. I am running 325/65/18 ko2 so kinda wide😂
I've stumbled across a set of 200-series 18s and am now on the hunt for tires. I had bought a set of Bora spacers before, planning on just spacing out my 16s. What size spacers are yours? I have seen and read the "what are the biggest tires..." thread, but I figure the allowable width goes up a bit if the tire's sitting 1.5" further out....

The numbers start jumbling up in my head pretty fast.

Spidertrax Wheel Spacers - 1.25" - (5 on 150mm) with lug nuts - HUB CENTRIC - PAIR - Fits 1998-07 Land Cruiser 100 Series / LX 470Front

Those are from slee. The rears may be 1.5? Any old LC will do on thr rear.

if I was doing it now I would do this I think… this came out after I already had mine.

Yeah, I bought from BORA/ motorsport tech (Slee/ SpiderTrax were out of stock recently and I saw someone theorize somewhere that BORA might be the OEM for those anyway). At any rate mine were about twice that price of the Amazon ones. Similar cost as Slee, etc, reportedly made in the USofA prezactly to fit the LX470 where the front mounting is slightly different from the back, blah de blah.... I'll find out when I go to mount them. I guess I might throw them on under the 16s just to make sure everything does what it should. Been feeling particular lazy since it's July in the deep south.

Sorry to hit this old thread, but I may have to do this, this week. The cross level is going to get all messed up. What is the easy solution? Measure hub center to fender on each side before removing the Tbars. Then after they are re-indexed(without turning vehicle on during the process), crank till they have the same measurement again? I realize that setting of adjustment bolts probably won’t lower pressures any. But you’ll probably have more room to adjust later AND HOPEFULLY BE LEVEL???? Will that work?? Thanks !!
