LX470 no fans and AC light blinking (1 Viewer)

My 1998 LX470 developed an issue last year where the climate control module had intermittent power. I had the head unit refurbished with new buttons and lights as well as having all the connections checked. It still continued. I took the car to the Lexus dealer and they said it was only getting 1 volt on the main power wire and recommended adding power to the cable from another source but did not think it was worth it to replace any of the wiring harness under the dash as the labor would be too expensive. I tried adding power from the cigarette lighter and also tried from a fuse tap but I kept getting an issue. The fans would not turn on and the AC light began blinking. It does turn on every time now. Im not sure what is going on. Any help would be appreciated.

I have no power to my climate control unit. I was thinking of getting the unit refurbished with a new chip but it sounds like there might be a bigger issue. Have you figured this out yet?
