LX470/LC upper tailgate the same? (1 Viewer)

Will an LX470 upper rear tailgate work on an LC100? Are the two holes for the center Sombrero Toyota logo the same two holes on the LX? Have a lead on an early LX470 upper with no wind deflector holes that color matches my LC100 with wind deflector holes (that I don't like). Only interested if it is a no-fill/no-paint swap, is this possibly the case? Not concerned about stick-on emblems, just the stuff with holes.

The taillights are a slightly different shape. The lower tailgates are different. I'm not 100% sure, but I don't think the upper tailgate will match up either.
