Does anyone have pictures of how to remove an 03 LX headlight? Can't figure out how to get the trim (piece between the two lamps) off. Thanks in advance.

It's a major pain to get that trim off. If I remember, it pops off with tabs in the inside of the grill. I would only put pressure on where the plastic "inserts" are.... but if you break it, I am sure it is a cheap piece from the dealer 
I was able to get my headlights out of my 2000 LX without removing the trim (not sure if yours is the same??). Once you get all of the screws/bolts/nuts off of the light, there is a tab where the lights are jointed, to separate or release the corner light from the headlight. I also removed my battery, which helped with access.

I had to replace the headlight unit on my 2001 LX passenger side. There is a clip (not sure of the correct term) down low between the low beam and the corner light. Push the center of it toward the outside and the corner light slides out. Easier said than done. Hard to get access. Very tight and my hands are not small. Note: this is done after the screws are removed.
The headlight unit can then be worked out without removing the trim.
Easy once you see how it is done.

The key for me was to find the tab (or clip) that holds the corner light to the headlight unit. Since I had a new unit to look at, I finally figured it out.
