Ok, so i'm looking at getting some new trail tires and wheels. i have the stock lx450 rims with road tires now. no lift. now i want the biggest i can get in there with stock height.
i'm going to get some 33x13 r16 super swamper tsl's. i want to mount them on a 16x10 rim.
now the question is... i know the stock lx450 in '97 are 16x8, and i think the backspacing is 4.5? i want the new tires to come out of the wheel well more aggressively, but i don't want it to look like a dune buggy if you know what i mean. if i get 16x10's with the same 4.5 bs, do you guy think that will be too much? does anyone run this big of a tire/wheel setup with close to stock ride height?
also, is the bolt pattern 6x5.5?
