Hi everyone. I hope you're having a great holiday weekend.

I visited my LX this morning to figure out some of the electrical problems it's been having. I also stopped by a local body shop that has a 1999 LX that's destined for the scrapyard. They will let me know if I can have it for parts on Monday.

The most confusing problem with my LX is the radio/climate cluster. The climate controls work fine, but none of the digital displays in the cluster work, except for the passenger light that flashes when the seatbelt isn't buckled. I can't see the temperature, fan speed, or security light. The radio also doesn't turn on or work in any way.

Has anyone else had a similar problem? I'd instead not take it to an auto-electric shop if I could fix it myself. Maybe it's just a bad module or a broken ground wire somewhere.

In the included picture, the A/C is on and working perfectly, with no display lights or digital screens working.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!

Heads up. This was a console issue. I swapped in a Rhino Tesla-style unit, and everything functions well. The power antenna is busted, so I might just swap in a functional stubby. Do you have any recommendations?
