Hi folks,
2011 LX 570-I figure someone on here must know...how do I access the windshield wiper nozzles and hose lines for inspection and replacement? I cannot figure out how to remove the plastic housing that covers all that jazz. I tried hitting it with compressed air in both directions. I could only find a small bit of exposed hosing in the driverside corner of the engine bay, disconnected it, and hit it with air. Passenger side works as it should, driverside, not so much.

I had an almost completely clogged nozzle, but was able to unblock it/clean it up and now sprays normal. But it did involve getting a small thin wire in there, pushing it in and out and moving it around to clear whatever was blocking it.

Hmmm, mines spraying but very weak on driver side, basically useless. When air is sprayed it can reach the top on the windshield. I’m thinking it’s either leaking or my poking damaged the nozzle.

Great to see this thread pop-up as I just noticed my driver side isn't spray as strong as the passenger side.

Good to know and raises hope that a minor cleaning might fix it. I have a fine wire carb cleaning kit and wonder if that'll do the trick. Now just to remember which drawer I left it in.

If your nozzles seem ok but one side still doesn’t spray much at all, check the splitter located on the underside of the hood. It has a check valve so the washer fluid doesn’t drain back. Sometimes they get damaged or clogged. It’s very cheap and easy to replace.
