Lucas oil additive

I'm off to get stuff for my first oil change on my LC. I'm gonna go with Rotella 10-30 synthetic.....does antone add lucas oil treatment to theirs. If it make a difference, the LC is supercharged and it is 100 degrees outside.

My philosophy is that companies like Shell and Mobil know what they're doing; no third-party additives needed.

I use Lucas in my beaters but in my SC 80 I just use 15w50 NAPA syn
The 10-30 might be a little thin in the summer

The Rotella synthetic is 5w-40, not 10w-30.

i use lucas in all my vehicles.. have done so for years.. the cruiser get a can the solara gets 1/2 a can..

I use Lucus Too. Have done so for years....

Works great in reducing oil burning in powerful engines. My 92 is slightly underpowered (3fe) and loses power when I use it. Therefore, I don't use it in my 92 for this reason.
