I think some more info is needed on your setup. I find smallblock Chevy headers a poor fit on a 1FZ-FE.

The exhaust is a area where the are two distinct options. Those might work if you want the exhaust to go down kids the frame rails. I chose to use block huggers and a crossover pipe like a factory GM and then up over the frame like the factory exhaust was.

Might want to spend sometime going though the V-8 swap thread at the top of the page. Some good ideas there.

Most of the LS swap posts say they used the center dump Hooker headers because they will allow for the exhaust to fit inside the frame rails. A few said they used the rear dump iron manifolds from Hooker, but there was only one photo I found of the install, and it was before the exhaust pipes were connected, so I didn't see how they ran relative to the frame and the drivetrain.

Here are the two options I'm looking at instead of the ones I posted above:

I have only taken part of one engine swap. Fj60. I found that instead of searching for what may work just go with what will work. Custom headers. Stans headers in auburn wa did good. I am sure that there other guys in locations around you. Just my thought.

Can't go wrong with the hooker manifolds. I can take pics this evening if you need.

They sit high and tight, have good flow, thick flanges, and best of all, use a OEM gasket.

I ended up just keeping the stock exhaust manifolds. Center dump hugger headers vs stock manifolds each presented thier own series of fitment issues to solve. With the new modern engines there is not a lot of extra power that’s unlocked with headers (unlike the SBC of the past). And finally the stock manifolds are engineered for +200k miles, aftermarket will last ...who knows ?
