Yes, Cityracer has it new but they are on vacation.
There is a guy on eBay that sells the used one but I figured I see if any members have a good used one. If not then I will order from city racer when they open shop again..

Just buy it from your local Toyota dealer. There are a number of dealers who will get you the pipe at a good price. Partsouq will have it to you in about 5 days.

Ironically , I just got a mint condition used one.

I replaced mine with new. Once I got the old one off and inspected it I was glad I went new.
