is this normal oil pressure for a 100 series with 123,000 miles on it?
its a 1999 with good maintenance record. no issues with burning oil or oil leaks or smoke or anything.
Im just wondering if this is normal.

1st pic is at idle
2nd pic is around 2000 rpm.

It looks high compared to mine. There has been a lot of talk about sending units going bad. When warm and at idle sometimes mine almost looks like its at zero, other times its just near the bottom. I've never had a problem and it doesn't consume or leak any oil. I'll probably replace my sender if I think about it when I buy parts.

That's also consistent with my 99's behavior.

My 06 runs more consistently just below the mid-mark at idle or highway speeds.

Perfectly normal. Almost dead on to mine, and it's been that way for ten years. My wife's 03 has a lower operating band, but same characteristics. This has been discussed before, and opinion is that as long as pressure is showing, its good.

Normal. IIRC there's another thread on here asking exactly this.

If we label the marks 0,1,2,3,4 where 0, and 4 are

Manual for my LX470 says:
At idle, it needs to be between 0..3
At non-idle, it needs to be between 1..4

Or with elite graphics:

(I tried to make a cool ascii graph, but this failed.)

So avoid the top measure at idle, and the bottom when
moving. Mine rests slightly below 1 at idle, and varies
somewhere between 1.25-2.50 when moving. Lowest at
constant highway speeds.

Cold, my lx idles between 1 and 2, based on outside air temperature. The gauge is maxed-out at 3, usually when it's very cold outside until she warms up.

Once warm, idle is at 1.5, around town 2 to 2.5, and 3-4 on the highway.

Normal.
Reads just like '04 with 96K. Mobil 1 every 5K.
