They sent me a letter a while back. It seems they weren't sure if IH8 was offensive or profane. It had to go to a review committee. When I didn't hear back for a while, I got hopeful that it was OK'd.

2nd - wonder if the new thinner plates are easier to make into shanks? Could be DOC attempting to reduce the inmate population at the same time. ;p
