Looking for85 bj70 engine parts

I live in Vancouver, BC and I'm having a hard time finding engine parts, at this time looking for a new thermostat and water pump. Does anyone have ideas for me. Thanks!

Also, any ideas on the best way top flush the system (coolant)? I've had someone suggest using a little dishwasher detergent.
