Anyone have a set (4 or 5) of 33" MTs that they're looking to part with? I'm trying to save some money by getting a used set, but I'd like them to be in decent shape. The tires I have on the 40 now have got to go. I'm not too crazy about my wheels, either, so I'd take those, too.

I'd prefer a more narrow tire like a 33x10.50, but 12.50 is fine, too, if the price is right.

I have 3 and might be able to grab a fourth 33x9.5 but they are A/T's

CL might be a good spot to look at too. I've been checking every once in a while for some 31s.

Jeff Dozier (Wayne Raintree) has a set of 31" BFG ATs for sale.

and I can bring them from his house to Harrisonburg, Virginia for a six pack - I'll be up there Tuesday and Wednesday next week (12/18 and 12/19) for work.

Thanks, everyone, but I'd really like to get some 33s. I have 31s now, and I'm looking for a little extra clearance. I'd rather bite the bullet on a new set than go with the 31s.

bk, with the level of street driving I do, the ATs might be a good call, but with 9.5s I'd definitely need some narrower wheels. Let me see if I can track down a set.

If you have to buy new rims Felix, Summit has the white spokers for under $30. When I got mine they were $26 and arrived beautifully packaged in pristine shape. Best new wheel deal I've found yet.

I have a set of chrome wheels off my hilux....

I would think they would fit, you might need a 1/4" spacer to clear the tie rod...

they are about this wide:

Felix, for 33s and above, you want 8" rims. The standard 3 3/4" backspacing on the white spokers clear the disc calipers without spacers.

Felix,

I was planning on selling my 32x10.50 TSL radials sometime at the beginning of the year (qty=5). They are mounted on Rustoleum black getto spoke wheels and have ~15K miles on them. No problems with clearing the rotors.

They say that Swamper runs a little taller than other brands but I never put one side by side a 33” to see if that is true.

They stay round at higher speeds, I have no problems running 60-65. They are a little loud but fortunately for me, I can’t hear them over the gear whine:D.

I also have a mini box w/ Dory bracket and hoses if interested.

Charlton, that sounds pretty tempting. They'd definitely be taller than my Bridgestone so-called 32s that measure about 30 inches high. can you measure the actual tire height?

Felix,

I'm going to be replacing my 15x8 US Wheel white spokes in the very near future. I need to keep 1 for a spare on the 45 but at least 2 or 3 of the 4 remaining wheels should be in decent shape and you can buy 1 or 2 wheels from Summit and be good to go. Free if you want them.

Hmmm... according to Interco's site, the 32" TSL is only about a half inch shorter than the 33 - TSL / Radial :: Interco Tire

Bob - that sounds great! If I end up not being able to find a tire/wheel package, that's the route I'll take.

Felix,

I bought a parts truck today that has some near new 15x8 white wagons if you're still looking.

dont know if you are still looking, but I have some 33's in the classifieds. Could prob figure some way to get them up to ya. Just shoot me a PM or post on that thread if you are interested.

Hmmm.... If I don't end up taking Charlon's TSLs, I'll take 'em.
