Looking for well built rust free rig for overlanding.
Ideal Rig:
-baselined
-Lifted/upper control arms/diff drop
-Front and Rear Armor
-Winch
-Dual Battery setup
-Drawers/Fridge a plus
-Air Compressor
-Electronics..
-RTT a plus
-Sliders
-Roof rack
-etc, etc
I'm sure I have left off a few desirables, but you get the picture. I listed a similar search 3 years ago and ended up buying a nice 2004 LX470 to build myself.
Three years later and the project remains unfinished. Needing to find a rig before summer. The plan is for my son and I to overland between southern
New Mexico and Colorado, loosely following the Continental Divide Trail.
